business opportunities, the regulation of disclosure of earnings
claims and compliance with legal requirements for the registration
of franchise sales representatives and brokers. We assist distributors
of industrial and consumer products and services in analyzing whether
their methods of distribution fall within the scope of the franchise
laws and we assist these clients in evaluating alternatives to franchising.
